ST 225 Focus block mod kit is specifically aimed for those wanting a preventative measure to protect the block against the dreaded cracked liners. After 300 bhp and with very heavy use the liners can crack if over heated.
The Block Mod kit uses shims to block and strengthen the very small water ways in between the cylinder liners which are prone to overheating and cracking.
